Is the Portal branded? – Yes.  Customer Portal creates a centralised collection point by establishing a single channel for receiving, managing and evaluating all responses.  The web-based portal is an external site (linked from your site) and ensures the respondent believes they are dealing with your brand at all times.

 

Is the Proposal Submission Form (Questionnaire) fully customisable?  - Yes, the development of the form is based on the specific information you need to capture critical to your brand or research. We will provide you with a template to ensure we capture all of the required information, of which the questions might change depending on the response to ensure a high level of interest is maintained

 

Does the system have Automated Email Response functionality? – Yes, it allows you to automate external communications and offers, notifications, updates, etc of on your behalf using your email or physical stationery.  Respondent can receive time-delayed or real time automated email responses and updates.

 

Can responses be emailed & printed? – Yes, requests can be easily emailed to others outside the system and/or printed for hard-copy review, as are the consolidated results.

 

Are the responses archived? – Yes, a database of responses is archived according to multiple sorting titles. 

 

Does the system automate the Evaluation & Scoring process? – Yes.  Each submission or response can be rated based on a combination of objective scores (as pulled from the questionnaire) and subjective scores.  This allows you to automatically score responses based on client status, demographics, target market match and market reach, etc or any other criteria determined by the brand managers, or executive.

 

Are reports available? – Yes, we can generate customised status reports based on your needs and provide these within the reporting timeframes required by decision makers and management.

 

Are software updates available  – Yes, all clients are automatically entitled to product updates within Customer Portal. Any specific client requirements requiring significant change or alteration to the operating platform will be charged at cost.

 

Is it Cost Effective? – Yes, software changes and development to your own website can run into tens of thousands of dollars.  It is not unreasonable for some internal site costs and web changes to be in excess of $20-$30k.  Our Web-based portals can be established for under a faction of this price.

 

The cost of our Customer Portal service includes website development and ongoing costs (including hosting, domain and security), receiving and assessment of responses, automated replies to sponsor seekers, activity reports and archiving of information/proposals.  A full proposal with a detailed pricing structure will be provided in advance.
