The Legal Stuff

 

Any work or projects undertaken on behalf of clients will be subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or a Contract of Works.

 

These documents ensure the protection of supplier/client confidentiality requirements and maintain the integrity of commercially sensitive information. The documentation also ensures that any Intellectual Property remains the property of the Owner.

 

Sponsor Portal and their Companies will enter into a written contract clearly defining the scope of works or activities to be undertaken, including benchmarks and expected performance results.

 

Any Agreements or Contracts entered into by Cordett and their Companies with any client or customer are legally binding.

 

 

 

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT  

  • We will conduct our professional activities with respect for the client interest
  • We will at all times act with integrity in dealings with clients, their employees and with the general public
  • We will not intentionally disseminate false or misleading information, whether written, spoken or implied nor conceal any relevant fact
  • We have a duty to maintain truth, accuracy and best practice principles in all of our activities
  • We will not represent conflicting or competing interests except with the express consent of those concerned given only after full disclosure of the facts to all interested parties
  • We will not, in performing services for a client or employer, accept fees, commissions or any other valuable consideration in connection with services from any one other than their client or employer except with the consent (expressed or implied) of both
  • We will refrain from knowingly associating with any enterprise which uses improper or illegal methods in business
  • We will not intentionally injure the professional reputation or integrity of any client
  • We will not engage in unethical practices
  • We will ensure we uphold this Code in the interests of providing a better service to clients
